What this notice covers

This notice covers the GS Media Tech website and enquiries sent through its Contact form. It explains the current website features; any project-specific data handling should be agreed separately.

Information you send

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, request type, optional service, and message. Use it to share only what is needed for your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, confidential source files, or other sensitive records.

How enquiries are used

Submitted details are used to understand and respond to your request, discuss a possible project, or handle a privacy, security, or accessibility question. They are not published on this website.

Hosting and form processing

The published site’s host and configured email form processor handle submitted enquiry details so the GS Media Tech team can receive them at contact@gsmediatech.com. These services can also process technical request information such as an IP address and request metadata. “Download a copy” remains local to your device and does not submit the form.

Stored enquiries and local copies

“Download a copy” creates a text file in your browser without submitting the form. That file remains on your device until you remove it. The website code does not save form fields in browser local storage.

Your requests

You can ask about an enquiry, request a correction, or request deletion through Contact → Privacy request. Include the email address used for your enquiry and enough detail to locate it. Available rights and any verification requirements depend on applicable law; please do not send identity documents in the initial request.

Website features and updates

The website code does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Read our Cookies notice for browser behavior. This website is intended for professional enquiries; please do not submit children’s personal information.
